Before your first appointment
Before meeting with Doctor Kate, you'll complete comprehensive online questionnaires exploring your medical history, family history, current health, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, physical activity, medications, personal goals and future health priorities. This information allows your consultation to begin with a detailed understanding of your health—not a blank page.
Your first appointment
Future Health Assessment
Your first appointment combines your health history with advanced body composition assessment using DEXA and InBody technology. Together, these findings are interpreted within the context of your age, family history, lifestyle and future health goals to identify your biggest opportunities for prevention.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of your current health, an initial personalised risk profile and recommendations for the baseline and any additional investigations most relevant to you.
Between appointments
Completing your personalised assessment
Following your first consultation, you'll complete your baseline assessment package, including comprehensive blood testing (approximately 80+ biomarkers), VO₂ max testing, strength and physical capability assessment, and nutrition review.
Where appropriate, additional advanced investigations may also be recommended. These are always tailored to your individual risk profile, are entirely optional and are undertaken only if they are likely to change management.
Your second appointment
Your integrated Future Health Roadmap
Every result is brought together into one comprehensive assessment. Rather than reviewing individual tests in isolation, Doctor Kate integrates your medical history, biomarkers, body composition, physical capability, lifestyle and nutrition into a personalised Future Health Roadmap.
You'll gain a detailed understanding of your future health risks, what matters most, and a prioritised action plan. Recommendations may include preventive medications where appropriate, hormone optimisation, lipid management, weight management strategies, personalised exercise and nutrition plans, behaviour change strategies and targeted lifestyle interventions matched to your goals, preferences and daily habits.
Moving forward
Future Health Optimisation
Long-term health is built through consistent action and regular review. Following completion of your roadmap, you can choose the level of ongoing support that best suits your goals.
Options include regular Future Health Reviews with Doctor Kate or a comprehensive three-month optimisation program combining medical reviews with coordinated support from an accredited physiotherapist, accredited practising dietitian a behavioural change coach, and a women’s/men’s exercise specialist.
Your roadmap evolves as your health changes, ensuring recommendations remain personalised, evidence-based and focused on helping you stay healthy, capable and independent for years to come.
