Who is it for?
People who have completed their Future Health Assessment and baseline investigations. For those who are ready to move beyond individual test results and gain a comprehensive understanding of their future health risks, capabilities and priorities.
What you’ll achieve
A personalised prevention strategy with clear, prioritised recommendations. Transform hundreds of individual data points into one clear, personalised roadmap for your future health.
Purpose
Your investigations are only valuable if they change decisions.
This appointment brings together every aspect of your assessment - including body composition, blood biomarkers, physical capability, lifestyle, imaging and wearable data - to build a personalised understanding of your future health.
-
What's included?
Your baseline assessment typically includes:
Approximately 80+ blood biomarkers
VO₂ max assessment
Strength testing
Physical capability assessment
Nutrition assessment
You'll also be provided with wearable technology and home monitoring equipment to use over several days, helping build a more complete picture of your cardiovascular health, recovery and physiological function outside the clinic. This may include assessment of resting heart rate, heart rate variability and home blood pressure.
Where appropriate, additional investigations may be recommended, including advanced imaging or specialised laboratory testing.
These are never routine and are only suggested when they are likely to improve understanding of risk or influence management.
What happens during your appointment?
Every result is integrated into a comprehensive Future Health Roadmap.
Rather than reviewing individual tests in isolation, the assessment brings together your medical history, body composition, physical capability, biomarkers, nutrition and lifestyle into one personalised picture of your health.

Depending on your results, recommendations may include:
Exercise prescription

Looking beyond your Initial Assessment
Annual Future Health Review
(including Assessment & Strategy above)
A Future Health Assessment provides a comprehensive snapshot of your current health and a personalised roadmap for the future.
However, health changes over time. Body composition, fitness, muscle strength, metabolic health, hormone status and other markers naturally evolve with age, lifestyle and life events.
Many patients choose to return for an annual review, allowing us to monitor meaningful changes over time, celebrate progress, identify new opportunities early and update your personalised Future Health Roadmap as your health and goals evolve.
While ongoing follow-up is entirely optional, a longitudinal review is one of the most valuable aspects of preventive healthcare.
